There is a small chance I might be flying to New York on Saturday. I've never been on a long haul flight, never been to the States, and have a brand new passport which arrived just the other week. Fingers crossed that Mr ferijen's work does want him to go and that my work doesn't mind me having a few days off to accompany him!
Ooh the excitement!
New York is always good, especially with a company credit card and a rich generous tasty work colleague who fancies the pants of you and enjoys massaging feet...ahh bliss!
But in the real world York is getting run over by a herd of manic humans all wanting to get from A to B at the same time on the same side walk - even worse if you're trying to get stuck into a Mr. Whippy (please dont).
I'm always excited about travel, because the world is there to be explored.
